einfach auf den Link gehen und ganz unten in der Eingabemaske dein Problem schildern und Deine Daten angeben, eine konkrete Person als Ansprechpartner gibt es nicht.

Und ganz generell um solche Situationen zu vermeiden - Datensicherung :wink:.
Neben den Musikfiles sollte man auch immer den Lizenzschlüssel sichern.

Hallo, auch im Alter von 80 Jahren habe ich noch einige Aufträge, die ich mit Hilfe von Ultramixer zur Zufriedenheit durchführen möchte. Bei dem automatischen Windows Update von 10 auf 11 hat der Treiber für den Controler Denon DN-M 6000 seinen Dienst versagt. Mit Windows 10 lief alles super. Was tun? Zurück zu Windows 10. Vor der Neuinstallation habe ich allerdings vergessen, die Um6Key-Datei zu sichern, was dazu führt, daß ich Ultramixer nicht nutzen kann. Mit Hilfe meiner Bestellnr. 626586673 bitte ich um Zusendung des entsprechenden Sicherheits-KEYs
