UM Professional Freeze? => solved

I purchased UM about a week ago and it worked great. Now after restarting UM it crashes. I’ve un-installed and re-installed UM and it still crashes on restart. I get no error message, it just stops working. Is there another process besides UltraMixer.exe that I need to kill?

I’m using Windows XP, English version.

This is a follow-up to my bug report. There was no UM bug. One of my MP3 files was corrupt, and somehow froze UM upon startup. My thanks to the supprt team for their rapid response and resolution to my problem.
