UM 2.3.8 freezes while initializing AudioEngine

Hi guys,
as you can see in the subject, UltraMixer 2.3.8 free version freezes while starting. I can see the opening image and the progress bar stopped at 25% on “Initializing AudioEngine…”

What’s wrong with my installation?
