Ultramixer on Ubuntu - Freezes("Initializing Audio Engine")

Hi,

Ultramixer freezes in the splash screen while “Initializing Audio Engine”.

I’m using Ubuntu 7.10 on Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook E

Heh, you need to be be super-user to be able to launch it. So for anyone else having this problem: sudo sh Ultramixer.sh

well that’s not an intended behavior. I’ll check that issue. Did you do the installation as su? In this case the behavior is correct since the installation process is doing all the incense stuff as well and the license manager is not installed for every user.
In order to run UltraMixer as normal user just install it as normal user.
