I would like to have the possibility to connect with a server. During a gig I would like to update music requests from my home music server. Is it possible to have a function where music files on a remote server can be seen but first need to be uploaded to the local music directory before they can be played?

that can map files from servers to local directories. Actually I wouldn’t use it like that since your Mixing performance would significantly decrease.
