NO SOUND :( please help !

[b:5ec43]I Downloaded ultramixer version 2.3.5. When I open a music file it shows that its playing but i hear absolutely no sound. Any help would be extremely appreciated I really want to try it…also I’m not sure how I would go about identifying my soundcard.

I looked through other forums and I tried everything suggested please I really would love to use it THANKS :slight_smile:[/b:5ec43]

I am using hp computer with windows vista home preium and my soundcard is realtek high definition audio stereo mix
