License key greyed out

I put a new hard drive in my laptop and when I go to activate Ultramixer the license key is greyed out. Version 2.3.7.1

What do you mean witth “greyed out”? Could you please make a screenshot?

not sure how to post a screen shot here. I put in the order number just fine but I cannot type in the box to apply the key file. it will also not let me browse. if you have an email I can send the screen shot. running on Vista 32bit
