please tell me how to use the program with head phones to hear one song while another is playing

head phone usage is commonly called monitoring 
Therefore just specify your monitor output in preferences/Audio settings. Plug-in your head phones turn up the monitor volume and enable the monitor (the last two steps need to be repeated for each player).
