I have the demo version of ultramixer right now to test it out for a little while. I am trying to use my mk2 with ultramixer and it is not letting me do it. I selected it in the preferences but it still says “not connected” even though my mk2 device is conected… Can someone please help…
Did you actually install the hercules drivers?
If it’s detected by default you can still use the Manual selection.

I installed the driver and it is still not recognizing the hercules mk2. I don;t know what else to do.
