Dear jyntema,
in the selection of a “other midi device” you’ll have to select first the Midi-Device and second the “Midi Configuration”. The Midi Configuration must be “Denon DN-HC4500”.

That’s exactly what I did. Doesn’t slove the problem. On my HC4500 there is a red light PC and when I hit a switch LINK lights up. But no display and cntrol
We found a bug with the manual chooser. For the moment you can choose the denon in the manual chooser - after that you can control UltraMixer but the leds and the display of the denon don’t work.
We will provide a fix within the next days. For the moment, please send us your logfiles, so we can provide a patch for the current UltraMixer 2.3 to use the Denon. Please write to our support (ultramixer.de/contact.html)

Thanks for the update 2.3.1. the denon is working now. I would like to have a midi map overview of the functions we can use on the HC 4500. Is this available somewhere?
